You will want to build a template to send to the hopefully new housemates during introduction , you will be sending a few of these :

• Your age , gender and name
• Where your from and background
• Have you lived in houseshares before, how many and how did you get on with these people
• Are you clean, do you like social houses or quite ones
• What do you look for in housemates
• What do you do for work and for pleasure
• If the house available for viewings and is it still available

Some tips 

• Be used to there being a 1/2 Month Security Deposit
• Check during viewings for Local Shops for food shopping and restaurants as well as access to public transport
• Check if your being signed onto the Lease of if renting from a third party
• Bills are they inclusive if not how much roughly
• Parking if you have a car or bike storage
• Ask the new housemates what they do for a living , are you allowed to have friends over
