40 Pound Charge from Europcar

Recently had a charge for 40 Pounds on my credit card from EuropCar 2 months after rental.

This is the administration fee they charge for processing traffic violations such as speed or parking. Although this is high you agree to this in the terms and conditions.

They send the fine and the invoice to the address on your Driving License
