Recently trying to speak to the UK DVLA about a driving license renewal, their online bot went through information gathering and then asked me to wait with the notice
CHAT_TRANSFER_TO_BUTTON_INITIATED
They are obviously using a salesforce bot for this and a link to the bug here , showed this actually might be an error , especially as I was on my phone
Turns out this is perfectly normal and its just a notice to say you are being transferred to an agent to just wait
