Qantas Only Showing Express Checkout Buttom – Booking Award flight for another person

Recently trying to book an award flight for a friend , and I could only see Express Checkout which books the flight for yourself instead of being able to change the Flyer Name

It was staring me in the face , but Look for the red Continue Button at the bottom ( not the best GUI\UX! )
