How to get a UK Parking Ticket Cancelled/Refunded via POPLA.co.uk

Ever had a parking ticket fee assigned on Private Property? Recently a friend got caught out in a Morrisons carpark for overstaying the Minimum 2 hours however it was poorly signposted so he thought he would try his luck and appeal , he did not however have any photo evidence as the car park for a 4 hour drive away.

He sent the ticket details into : http://popla.co.uk/ , and “Euro Car Parks” came back with

“Euro car parks have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is sucessful and you do not need to pay the parking charge”

Not bad for a 5 minutes work!
