Qantas Complimentary Lounge Passes – “Something went wrong. Please try again later. “

Recently I was given some Qantas Complimentary Lounge Passes and went to look at adding these to a booking via their website

Upon login , I kept getting greeted with : Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I tried to call their customer services 13 13 13 however Reward hot line is open till 7pm during weekdays

Playing around in Google Chrome finally got this to work

You will need to open an incognito tab and login to Qantas that way and booking the passes worked!
